Scoring BookletThe Scoring Booklet is a national standard document which is used by the Assessors on their visit to the premises in order to assess the evidence that has been entered on the Application Form by the licensee/manager. It is completed by the Assessors in the presence of the licensee/manager and allows both the Assessors and the licensee/manager to discuss any issues or settle any confusion as what is evidence towards accreditation. The Assessors will look for essential practices and procedures to be in place in order to secure the accreditation. The Scoring Booklet then enables the Assessors to evaluate other practices and procedures for desired and bonus points. By totalling the points identified, the Assessors can recommend the premises to be put before the Judging Panel. The Scoring Booklet also provides the evidence for the feedback that is sent to each premises at the end of the process. NOTE: The Scoring Booklet is not available for public viewing because it is clearly the test that is to be used for accreditation. |
